The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter / Talent Partner to support Arcavia Consulting on a contract basis. This is a remote‑based role, offering flexibility while working closely with founders, clients, and candidates across the built environment.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys autonomy, values quality over volume, and is comfortable operating as an extension of a client’s internal talent capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research and headhunt key talent for client roles

• Partner closely with Arcavia Consulting and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and project requirements

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across permanent and/or contract roles within the built environment

• Proactively source, engage, and assess high‑quality candidates using a variety of channels

• Act as a trusted talent advisor, offering insight into market conditions, candidate availability, and role positioning

• Manage candidate relationships with professionalism, transparency, and care throughout the process

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience

• Maintain the highest of standards across our data platforms

• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and pipeline tracking

• Represent the Arcavia Consulting brand with integrity and credibility at all times

About You

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent partner, ideally within the built environment (e.g. construction, property, infrastructure, design)

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, contract‑based environment

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior clients

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Professional, consultative communication style

• Able to manage multiple roles and priorities without compromising quality

• Experience working with recruitment systems and sourcing tools

• Capable of fostering and contributing to a remote-first culture.
